William, I hope you are right but my doubt grows. This meeting was a great disappointment to me, and everything I've read on this thread since then is not encouraging.

Bottom line I really hope that I am wrong in my suspicions. They do have a lot of potential and some great products, if they can get them to the public in a reasonable time frame..... and give us some news that this is being done.

The management owns its shareholders very big. Only thing they should do is to enhance shareholder values, namely buying the shares back, reducing floating shares. and considering the merger which the Dog has laid out for them. Forget reverse and more shares! The managment has not won any trust from investors. Why should we trust them when they let the stock delisted? How many shares have they issued for raising capital?

If they don't get it, the stock will be 0.05 again. Maybe going to pink sheet.

James

Why would the company have scheduled this meeting so soon when I received my proxy vote sheets the same day (or day after) the shareholder meeting? They must have known that many proxy votes would not have come in so soon???

I picked up a list of shareholders and their votes for the meeting. I don't have it with me (its at my office) but it seems like the votes that had come in so far were in favor of mgmt. There were alot that had not come in and I suspect that those that were in are company loyals (Mr. Copeland, board members...). The listing started with all the major brokerage houses then goes alphabetically through individuals. I will run a tally tomorrow and post the results (10 to 11 AM Pacific time).
