It will be ATXI, thats the impression I get from the CC. Ira mentioned that in passing.

He was talking about why most companies dont do this sort of reverse merger to get to nasdaq, they are too proud of their name and dont want to lose it, etc.

But then again, I dont see any reason why 3 months from now they cannot change the name and ticker symbol after requesting the symbol from the NASDAQ exchange.
