Is there realy a PP in the works? Or are you guys just speculating?

As a long time shareholder of this stock, I don't think Gruder would

do a PP at this time. IMHO

Last years money from PP was needed to get on NASDAQ. I think Alydaar

should be starting to get paid for the contracts they have completed

Dear John: Check out preliminary proxy filed with SEC today. Among other things it will ask voters to increase authorized shares from I believe it was 20,000,000 to 50,000,000. Purpose for acquisitions for companies beyond year 2,000. Hope they make acquisitions better than PTUS which basically DESTROYED the company. JDN
