Joe, Good points. I guess I was not clear in my earlier post, by "illegal shorting", I meant that in the context that in shorting against the box, this person has shorted against restricted shares. I guess that the only illegal portion of this would be using the restricted shares to cover the shorted position..correct me if I am wrong.

James

Joe: Nice to hear someone who agrees with me on the issue of Canadian shorting. I posted that it was not illegal to short bb stocks in Canada, but others did not agree with me. I didn't bother to refute them at the time. I am very disturbed by the low price. This was not supposed to happen. I certainly hope that Joe has not lost control of shares coming to market. It would be useful for someone to post the dates in which locked-up shares will be released.
On another issue, I am wondering about the Muller Media rights to Godzilla films. I noted an article that ran in the LA Times this last weekend, entitled "Vintage Godzilla Roars Back Into Video Stores". The video suppliers, in anticipation of Toho Studios new film, are releasing original films. Listed are Simitar Entertainment (5 films) and Anchor Bay Entertainment (5 films). The article was by Donald Liebenson, a Chicago based freelancer. How does Muller Media fit in here, if at all?
