Paul, you are correct about Dr. Lusignian. I spoke to him shortly after the announcement (see post # 1185). The 35K is supposed to be a "grant" with no strings attached.

I searched Stanford's Web pages and the only place I can get a hit on the center is at ee.stanford.edu , the personal page of the guy in charge of it. It is not listed under Stanford's extensive list of research programs. You have to use one of the special browser plug-ins downloaded from the wrecked saucer in order to view the project web-site. Remember DWM cannot be seen by ordinary modems or Java applets on the internet. Cheers, Norm
