I am curious, what is your list of favorite stocks.

Mine is -Newbirdge Network (NN)-NYSE
-Compaq computer (CPQ)-NYSE
-Bell Canada International (BI)
-Algoma Steel (ALG)
-SNC Lavalin group (SNC)
-Cable satisfaction intl (CSQ.A)
-BPI Canadian Opportunities II fund trust units

Your opinion on my list would be appreciated. I have sell my banking stocks a bit too early (more than a week ago) but anyway I did money with them

Thanks L.G.

I do not think that Canadian banks are overvalued. In the globe and Mail of Saturday April 18, 1998, it was stated that the Canadian banks, particularly the Bank of Commerce, are undervalued. The p/e ratios of the Canadian Banks, according to the Globe and Mail article, are 2 points lower than those of their American counterparts.
Just another opinion
