I would just like to throw out a few items for discussion:

RE the PR regarding QCOM, the statement "As adjusted for a PRIVATE PLACEMENT currently in progress, TSQD controls about 28% of Digital River" does not sound to me like DR is about to go public. I dont think they would bother with a PP if that were the case.

RE the discussion of TSQD owning a portion of DR through an option to buy 4.8 mil shares: If that were the situation, why would TSQD report DR losses on its earnings statement and why would they list DR as an "Unconsolidated Subsidiary?" Sounds like a lot more than just options, which probably would not even appear on the balance sheet.

If anyone can splain the real story, I would be grateful.RS

Great post Gerry. I see that on DGIV thread right now..every 3rd post is about yachts and new houses they are going to buy. Scary. I like the potential of the stock, but the thread is somewhat scary. ":)

Also, everyone should know stocks in the "$5 and under" Category are not allowed into the Hot Topic List.. just learned this a few weeks ago.

I didnt see the press release Friday evening.. too many stocks, too little time. Perhaps it wont be so easy to get back in Monday as I had hoped :)
