Earl, Likewise, I appreciate yours as well. I am in total agreement with letting them define and prove themselves. But, I guess at the same time I would be real hesitant to scream fire too ... VBG

Let's, take a look at a "worse" case scenario for a minute, IYO, should trading be haulted, would it resume trading once legal matters had been decided one way or the other? Or would everyone pick up their marbles and start a new company or just go home and forget the whole ordeal?

I have not been directly involved in a company in the middle of a lawsuit before and have no experience upon which to draw. I would appreciate your input on this angle.
