Thanks for the compliments re. mirroring my portfolio. But please do not do what I do without your own assessment, as I could be quite reckless sometimes and have been known (by IRS) to lose a bundle.

As to SAPHY at the current levels: it would be a highly individual decision as we all have different levels of risk aversion and flexibility in resources.

I would probably acquire a modest starting position on a down day/week, and then accumulate throughout a 3-month period. It would be the same as dollar averaging in mutual funds except your installment sizes would be bigger.
