KAA - Mick and Joe potential, not including Walter, Jonathan and a few others I will not mention, "very conservative" numbers are 4800 that can play cards with an easy potential of 30 million chips to play four card stud. Most believe better value with one card down and no joker; also, all learned dealer with finger nail polish is required to take off finger nail polish or have a very happy card table; we will see shorty:)

KAA: From my understanding the terms are more than proposed. They are signed by both parties CVIA and WOTD. The deal will close on the 30th but isn't that just a formality? Neither party can walk without other's consent. Was a reverse split part of the terms? Don't the shareholders have to specifically approve a change in authorized shares? I mean if they had divided 150mm by 300 and come up with 500k shares authorized then that would have been expected to go with the split. How long does it take for a proposed split to take effect? How Long is a Chinaman. Tim.
