Jim, you are right... sorry Bill, I misread your post. Yes, if they do own 5.0% I would expect a filing. It is required. I do now know the timing of such a filing .. i.e. how long after the fact it must be reported. I would assume quite quickly. Then again he could own 4.8% and say 5% so who knows. (just playing devils advocate) Mark

Well I am back home now sporting a new P2 233 w/56kflex modem and all of the bells and whistles. I can download whatever it was causing me to crash hard drives, twice a fast as before. Just caught up on the last 30 or so posts. Thanks to everyone who emailed me about my problem. Now that I have a backup PC I will put the old one in the shop and let someone else try to catch the gremlin lurking within it. On the bright side, I can post twice as fast with my 56 modem than with the old 28.8. Now the arduous job of rebuilding my databases again, but this time I had backups. Kevin - Happy, except for the large hole in my wallet.
