Sowbug, That was a good read and loads of good sites. I have been reading for 3 hours now, and I sent some e-mails in support of Apple to some people. Maybe it will have an effect. The main comment I made was to the business school that was all Dells, and they should allow Apples to connect running NT under their emulation on a G3 as long as they can conform to the spec. With WIntels in a network you can have a dogs breakfast of funny interactions, so I can see the need to conform in havingan identical machine as far as the network is concerned. However Apples better networking should allow them to do this, and that is what I sent. Others might also send some support because all that is needed for Wintel to win is for good people to say do nothing. Apples needs to also get clones etc etc, you know... Bill
