I don't know about the report but you may save a few pennies if they are right. WMB is a big picture company with long term plans. You won't make much money off it in a few weeks or months. And in a few years, it won't really matter if you bought at 32 or 31, because you should be looking at a price well over 50.

Look at the 5-year chart and you will see what I mean.
