<<Please, someone put down what they conceive what the IMS IP is.
Then, perhaps we can discuss this rationally. I cannot conceive
what it is that you really think we have. >>

As an investor, what we really have at this point is pretty much a mystery to me and probably others. Depending on what day of the week it is and whose agenda we are pushing, the IMSLIB is either going to turn the SOC market on it's ear or it is pretty much worthless. If I were trying to take over the company and stiff shareholders, I would proclaim to the world that it is of fairly low value. If I were trying to run a company in a profitable manner and take care of shareholders and employees, I would be on top of the highest building in Austin proclaiming its virtues to anyone who would listen. It must be a shock to ZSP and other customers that the library is held in such low esteem by the company who sold it to them as a business solution.
