the fact of the matter is yes they've been fixed..from 25% to over 80% now..that alone sends a buy..unless of course you think no one wants a cheap 266 or 300 mhz system.

and DON, a good rule of thumb..if your going to comment on a stock,take a minute and do a bit of research..it works wonders.
