OT Is there an accountant in the house? If so, I have a tax question relating to the exercise of options. I believe that there is some AMT tax consequence relating to the failure to exercise options issued by a company for employe and officer compensation. If so, could you explain in simple language how this works. It seems to be a recurring issue with many hi-tech companies. TTFN, CTC
