Ronald,

Buying PCs for a corporation is totally different from buying PCs for personal use. In the corporate environment, 100% consistency from PC to PC is quite important.

For my personal use, I buy el-cheapo garage shop PCs. In my previous employment, in a Fortune 100 company IS department, I wouldn't touch anything that wasn't a major brand, ie. Compaq, HP, etc.
