Also, I have heard unconfirmed comments from other TSQD shareholders that the
IPO of DR will be handled by a major "Blue Chip" Wall St. underwriter. Has
anyone else heard the same?

I havent heard anything, but in my opinion the "Blue Chip" Wall St. firms would be scrambling over each other to get to Digital River. Anything internet is hot.. and this is right now a monopoly with a ton of partnerships it will take any competitor a LONG time to even get close too.

Also,

If/when IPO is announced on DR, TSQD will jump a lot just on that news ALONE.... even 30 days before the actual IPO happens.

Beautiful little float to boot on this one....

SKYROCKET AHEAD? TSQD reminds me of Zitel in early 1996 JUST BEFORE a historic UPSIDE move, which occurred because Zitel owned a 1/3 stake in Matridigm. Zitel skyrocketed, and many investors made fortunes. However, there are significant differences between TSQD and Zitel. Digital River already has 1200 software client companies (check the recent announcement re: QUALCOMM), and IMO, the E-COMMERCE potential of Digital River far exceeds the potential that Matridigm had in 1996. Another BIG DIFFERENCE: IMO, based on the hot market environment for E-COMMERCE stocks, I predict that DIGITAL RIVER WILL GO PUBLIC, and once it files, could become one of the most sought-after E-COMMERCE-INTERNET IPO'S of the year. As you are aware, Matridigm NEVER DID GO PUBLIC, BUT THAT DID NOT PREVENT THE HUGE UPSIDE skyrocket of Zitel. IMO, the BIG MOVE of TSQD HAS JUST BEGUN!
