Norm and Mike,

First, let me say that Mike is excellent at chart reading. Even when things "pop" the wrong way, he is disciplined enough to be out of most positions and ready to get in again for the ride up. Myself, maybe because I do so much research and fall in love with some of these companies tend to hold on through cycles. Fortunately, most of the companies that Mike and I pick come back to let me eventually profit.

Mike misunderstood a post that I sent him regarding Prosoft. But the news is still bullish. At the beginning of April there were two insider buys that took place....$42000+ worth of stock (the Chairman and a 10%+ beneficial shareholder). The reason that this is bullish is that prior to this purchase, there had been a lot of insider selling on prosoft when it was in double digits. If this is not a buy for appearances sake we should see more coming shortly.

Prosoft tends to be very violatile....If it were me, I would either look for a bottom, or a breakout.....right now we seem to be just "floating" and a roulette wheel may be a better bet...IMO

Jerry

Mike..

Thank you for your response and comments. I am going to purchase shares if the magic 6 is broken. I could see this stock with huge upside movement during this current NET craze, should be a opportunity for this stock to add to its current value.
