You know.. I cannot believe the amount of DD you guys do to scandalize FAMH (this is not a flame) and yet when one person on this thread says "buy so and so stock" you throw your money at it INSTANTLY to ride the momentum without doing 3 seconds of DD.

Its amazing.

If you took the time to read the thread, all your questions would be answered that you posed other than the ones dealing with CATV. I have been following FAMH for 5 months and have never heard of CATV. I have never seen that ticker once brought up on the thread.. a thread about 30 people do constant DD on and Id say 300 people contribute to in one shape or another in terms of DD over the past few months.

This is amazing.

And yes Im long on the stock and its taken me from .25 to .63 and its only a start... (IMHO)

Joe Copia said it best about 200 posts back.. why does everyone care what 1 person says about a stock? So what if TM doesnt like it.. I am sure there are other stocks he doesnt like that have gone up. For god sakes, do your own research and dont cringe from a stock because 1 person says he does not like.

P.S. FAMH has the 4th largest amount of posts on the "$5 and under" category and that is only in 6 months. I am sure each and everyone of us has had the wool pulled over our eyes by both the President and his "underground" involvement with CATV..

The whole idea of SI is to pool together resources and DD from a large group of people.. that is what has been done there. And not once have I seen a post (even from the naysayers on the thread) regarding this angle. Sorry to be harsh here, but just dont throw up allegations of involvement with this and that company based on history.

Morton Downey Jr is a real show, its being produced by HBO starting this June-- and its all about $$$$ and exposure for FAMH. They are NOT moving into the TV production business as you imply in your post.

And if you have any doubts about smart business sense to sponsor Morton Downey Jr, go to your Nielsons and look up a guy named Jerry Springer. Or go listen to your radio for a guy named Howard Stern. Your right, its all a scam.

Sheesh

Rich:

You really make very little sense. Morton Downey Jr. is not running FAMH. They are running his show. It is purely a for-profit venture. It also has great publicity potential.

As far as comparing it to other stocks, how's this one. I have a friend who lost money investing in the Rain Forest Cafe (RAIN). Therefore, nobody should invest in Home Depot. That makes about as much sense as your comparison.

As for the audited financials, if you were doing even a small amount of DD you would know why they have been delayed. It is called mergers and acquisitions. Find me one company that releases audited financials and then completely re-does them a few weeks later. You could have even called the company toll-free before displaying your ignorance to the world.

I am a FAMH shareholder but not a FAMH cheerleader. I think every BB stock is risky and not for the novice investor. I simply do not like people posting false, ignorant information when my hard-earned money is at stake.

Have a good week,

For someone who didn't want to get flamed you sure know how to stir the pot.
I have been following FAMH since that first night Franco created that first thread last September. I could have gotten in for 18 cents then but chose not too. A friend of mine is in with over 70K in dollars. He already is up somewhere in the neighborhood of 200K - 300K in dollars. So, if this stock is a winner he stands to make about 1M in dollars. He got in at the right time and now he has little risk. Tommorrow will be interesting on what will happen. Personally, I still am choosing to stay out of this stock. The reason now is because of the downside.
With the scheduled merger with ATRIX, FAMH investors have to take a 4 - 1 reverse merger. To buy this stock for .80cents is like paying 3.20 cents for it, and I think the risk is too great for that price. When I buy pennies I always consider the upside versus downside first!! Okay so their projected earnings now are about .30 cents, so with the 4-1 reverse their earnings will be 1.20 or so. Why are they merging with ATRIX...to get on the NASDAQ...with projected earnings of .30 cents pre merger they should be able to qualify for the NASDAQ when their stock reaches 4.00. And if they keep their earnings in line they will reach 4.00. But can they??? I don't know??? And I already spent way too much time on a stock that I am never going to invest in.

Live long & Invest,

Andr‚
