I have not heard anything about the annual meeting. There isn't any announcement regarding adjustment of exercise price of the warrants and/or options during the past year, is there? If memory serves, the low end of the exercise price is at $7.25.

I had to call the company to get an annual report. Don't have it at the office, but I believe some options had their exercise prices lowered and some warrants/options had their lives extended. Now if the company would only adjust my purchase price lower, we could all be happy!
