Barry, I did not intend to have you think I was attacking you nor did I want to get you or anyone else involved in anything you didn't want to be. But your post was very negative. I said I would get the answer you wanted, but couldn't until Monday as they are closed over the weekend. That is not unreasonable. However, I think you will find what your looking for at Free Edgar.com. All filings are listed. Is there something in particular I'm not understanding? HDIE, is not my beloved stock, as you so call it. It was brought to my attention however, and I in turn asked some SI folks to help do some DD on it. As it turned out, it is a wise investment. IMO. and some of the others on this thread whom have also done DD. I was surprised to see TM, even put his stamp of approval on it. Someone bought 45,000 shares late Friday. Someone knows something even we don't know. Lucky Sandie
