I am still trying to fathom Jacks thinking on this 300-1 reverse split. Im sure that those of you with more stock experience than I, would agree, that this 300-1 announcement at this level, is something even a novice investor, would consider ridiculous. So it opens this line of thinking ( for me anyway ). Did maybe in the closing stages Jack get a smaller piece of this preverbial pie than he had anticipated? And this is a way (genius if I'm correct) to get WOTD to back out of the entire process and seek alternate backers?

Just a wild thought from someone who is more intune with Business, and negotiating, than with trading stocks.

Please toss this around amongst you.

Thanx in advance.

PZ

They are generally issued when investors have filed complaints, with the SEC and some times the SEC will issue a 3 to 10 day halt while they make sure everything is in order... man this sure would fit nicely into the time frame of this problem facing us.... they are supposed to announce merger news April 30, only 10 days from tommoro, wouldnt a 10 day halt be nice, then the merger news... it could help us avoid the wrath of the MMs until if and when better news comes down the road... also would be nice to be 100% sure these WOTD guys are 100% on the level.

Anything is better than a 300-1 reverse with MMs looking to cut their loses.
