Should be a very good week for our stock. THQ always has a run-up before earnings. I'm not so sure the move to $28 qualifies--that seemed to be more Wedbush-related.

We know that WCW sales have been phenomenal, likely better than last quarter. Margins should be improved. Earnings will destroy the year ago numbers. We should also make the list of day's top earnings surprises, which could bring in the mo-mo guys again. And the trailing PE will drop substantially.

We also suspect that the conference call will be extremely bullish. It seems like a likely time for a split too, considering the low amount of shares outstanding and the fact that most small game companies have an average share price well below ours. In fact, now that we've left Midway and Broderbund in the dust, is only ERTS higher per share?

With E3 in a month, we don't have far to look for the next round of good news either. Then about two weeks after that, we've got the launch of Quest 64. Perfectly timed for kids getting out of school.

Yours for a smashing week,
Marc
