Dear zac-1:

Welcome to our thread. After a year and one third of silence, what prompted you to speak? When did you buy LTGL?

I spoke to my broker ,and based on all the negativity he feels this stock play is all internet hype.

Do you mean going down is hype or the previous going up was hype? The investors on this thread have been truely shocked and appalled by the quantity of stock sold last week. Please ask your very knowledgeable broker who was doing the selling.

Perhaps all the bad news is out, meaning the dilution. I just bought more and will add even more with any decline and just put it away. If you believe in this company, as I do, then do not worry about SI members digesting all the news. That is what the threads are all about, so we can evaluate all opinions, do our own research and decide to buy or sell. At this price, I am buying because I believe the earnings picture will get brighter and earnings will drive the stock price. Yes, dilution is a problem but high debt would also be a problem. With all the shares out, do not expect this stock to be a high flier, but there is room to make some good money at the current price .
Just MHO. Dave

Zac-1,

Why are you appalled about facts... I want LTGL to do better or as good as anyone does, especially because I own so much... However, one must call a spade a spade (this is what moral investors do, they show both sides of every coin). We can certainly concentrate on the positives things about LTGL too and we should. This is a good medium to discuss real facts and it is important that investors clearly understand what they are buying when they buy! We could all post all types of hype to try and get everyone to buy our stock but to me that is what I call IM-MORAL. If you want the postives posted, no problem here are just a few for you but please I recommend to all investors look at all sides of the coin and if you like it for yourself and the timing is right then make the appropriate decision for yourself:

(1) LTGL is growing and expanding. LTGL is a real company and has real products. LTGL had no DEBT in the last available financial information provided to me. STILL WAITING FOR AN UPDATE FROM LTGL.

(2) LTGL has significantly large customers, including Radio Shack, JC Whiteney, and Circuit City.

(3) LTGL should be announcing audited 1997 balance sheet, but who know when do you??

(4) LTGL has some other significant players they are looking to work things out with and we are just waiting on our haunches for some news to confirm our hopes. (look at recent release). Don't know when formal news release on it will be if at all.

(5) LTGL is constantly improving the profit margin and bottom line. Revenues are increasing. The customer base as well as product diversity is all happening and things are all progressing toward improving the balance sheet even more.

(6) LTGL is profitable and has been for 4 quarters in a row, and yet only a penny stock. Usually a great sign when a company show two profitable quarters in a row.. New joint venture in CHINA will help production and profit margins on each item sold.

(7) An expanding customer base in foreign markets is progressing which appears to be starting to show added success. Look at how many countries they are already in and how many are still out there!!!

(8) Many of their products have a huge profit margin on them and their products are desired by both young people and adults. Many car show fanatics love it, just look at LTGL sales in KANSAS.

(9) TO me this appears to be a small company that is doing everything they can to become known and out of that classification as fast as possible.

There are still many more positive facts one could post and other exciting things that are going on at LTGL but I will leave those for you.. Good luck to all LTGL investors and may our stock price do better for each of us on our investment... I WILL BE KEEPING MY EYES OPEN, will you?

zac,

Good post and one that if true we would all be happier in penny stocks. Unfortunately different people have different agendas and will manipulate or whatever to achieve their end result. When all is said and done you will be the one responsible for your trading portfolio. IMO this company has product and they are actually selling it, I'm hanging in their until the company shows me otherwise.
