KAA: I am sure the fact that the MM's got squeezed is going to have an effect on how this is traded in the future, they are going to be aggressive in their efforts to become whole. I just can not imagine the WOTD logic behind a 1 for 300 reverse split. After all the time effort and money they have sunk into this, why on earth would they risk it all on such a bizarre move. Well, if they back out, a clean shell with $500,000 in the bank should be of interest to many companies. I am going to check around in my circles, I have some other ideas about some companies I know who may be interested. If you hear WOTD might be backing out, let me know, I am sure someone will have to move quickly, maybe Jack already has another merger candidate in the wings. This has made its way around the internet and I am sure the MM's have been spreading the word as well. I doubt they want the 1 for 300 to happen either. I thought of another thing, I have so many great ideas, it scares me! Jack, we have a publication here in the Detroit area that goes to nearly all business "Crain's Detroit Business News" <http://www.crainsdetroit.com> , if you can advertise that a shell is available, that would be a great place to start. They also print a list of all the top private and public companies in the area each year, I would think we could start from the top down and contact those companies. Also, each major county in the metro area has a weekly legal new paper that goes out to all the attorneys. I would think that ICSC convention in Vegas would be one hot place to start. I have 10 to 20 other ideas, just let me know what WOTD is going to do. Hell, this is SI, once the word gets out, you will need to hire several more people to answer the phones inquiring about the available shell. Jack, we would love to have WOTD step up to the plate with a realistic deal, but if they do not, this shell has a lot of value, we can get the word out.
