I haven't been watching and comparing INCY and HGSI in quite some time, but I'd be surprised if HGSI had more patent activity than INCY. I think that HGSI is more prone to blowing their own horn than INCY though. I think that the point applies to both companies. Ultimately I think companies will need to be accessing both companies dbases, ala Smith Kline and their DiaDexus JV with INCY, truly the best of both worlds.
