I honestly think the warrant conversion will have very little effect one way or the other on the stock trading.

NMS listing is very important because certain funds will be able to add the stock to their holdings at that time if they choose to do so.

Earnings will be of paramount importance in future quarters. If TAVA can exceed estimates consistently then the stock should exceed any of our wildest expectations. But even if they do not meet expectations this quarter, for some strange unexpected reason, another good conference call will save the day.

Everyone on this thread is quite familiar with the fact that Y2K compliance is going to eventually reach a panic stage for many companies. TAVA has already added greatly to their manpower to meet the demand but the old rule of supply and demand still stands.

This should mean even more increases in hourly rates charged by TAVA engineers.
