RE: Embedded Systems

Show me the data!!!

One of my projects on Y2K, I have a voice mail answering system, and uses a date eg: 04/19/98

I advanced the date to the year 2000. No problem, I advanced it to Feb.29/2000 no problem. I powered off and on. It worked perfect.

The only bug is the date will show 00. Since I know it will be the year 2000, it will not cause a problem. This hooplaaa I hear, cars, toaster, etc won't work is nonsense. Show me PROOF!!!!!!

Re: IOM
I have never debated the IOM's stock price, I own NO stock in IOM. I have been a fan of the companies products. I use them daily with NO problems. I support Iomega, as I believe they have the ability to bring HOT products to market.

In my humble opinion.
