I was short late last year and covered to early. I am not short now, and do not foresee myself shorting in the future sue to other things to keep myself busy.

However, I will say I have questions about CDRD's technology. I am not an RF engineer, but do have an EE degree. The silver dollar sized antenna is my first problem. How much signal is it possible to receive from a couple square inches? The means of getting the signal from the antenna to the radio is suspicious as well. From what I remember it is some wireless signal, again that takes power and electronics. Both are not free. The requirement for supplemental antennas in cities may proove to be a problem with the FCC. They are supposed to be satellite broadcast. Some puny signal that can only be had in Montana, then using supplemental antenna everywhere else seems asking for trouble.

Aside from all that, I cannot imagine anyone paying for radio. TV sure. Radio no way! Its unfortunate in that I prefer a good radio show, (e.g. Saturdays on NPR) but I think I am in the definate minority on that one.

In any case, good luck. It doesn't matter much to me either way, just felt a little chatty.
