Pugs: There is nothing sadder than watching someone in denial. Please take your RMIL problems back to that board. Some of us have learned from GIFS. One of the lessons is to do our own DD, REALLY do it, and another lesson is that there are some people who are reasonable and honest. Unfortunately, they are usually shouted down by the folks with an agenda. That doesn't mean that we should become total cynics, only that we should "trust but verify".

Since GIFS is dead, and we have lost all the money on this that we are going to loose, we can only take lessons away. Trashing Tod or Caroline serves no purpose on this thread. We all have our view of who the good guys are and aren't. I am sorry I let greed blind me to their advice. Hopefully, a lesson learned. So please, take it back to the proper thread. Regards, Carl

Pugs,

At least you're beginning to separate your lengthy diatribes into more "readable" paragraphs(Using the term loosely, of course).

RMIL is no different than GIFS in that they claimed they had operations and revenues, but were revealed for what they are, a trading shell company with no assets, no contracts, and will-o-the-wisp visions of grandeur. They're both scams and the only person who fails to realize it is you (but deep inside you probably know it as well... :0)

I would give RMIL more slack if they had something of substance behind the scenes, but they have nothing; no technology, no merger, no $10 million, no accounting of O/S shares, and no information from management.

Regards,

Ron
