Here's mine;

Why don't the IP's just go out and buy the gateway hardware whether from DGIV OR a competitor, thereby not having to part with their shares or revenue? In other words, what does the DGIV relationship bring to the table that they, the IP's, can't purchase even from a DGIV competitor?
