Jonas,

You know that this is a friendly take under orchestrated by the
majority shareholders of ATXI and FAMH. The only ones hostile to
this Merger are those that will lose their positions. Most importantly the vast majority of small shareholders are eagerly
awaiting for the April 30th timeline to see if a deal can be
hashed out between the two companies.
