Integral Adds IBM Senior Technical Staff Member to Its Board
of Advisors

MORGANTOWN, W.Va., April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Integral Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:
ITKG - news), today announces the addition of Mr. Thor Larsen of the IBM Corporation, to the company's
external Board of Advisors. This Board of Advisors is comprised of seasoned experts in business and
individuals holding executive positions with major technology and telecommunication companies in America,
Europe, and Asia. The twelve-seat Board of Advisors which now has six members will provide support to
management in the areas of business strategies, corporate restructuring and planning, focusing, financial
planning, market vision, and the identification and securing of new technology opportunities.

Mr. Larsen's career with IBM began in 1962 after his graduation from Columbia University with a Masters of
Science in Electrical Engineering. During his career with IBM he has been involved in a variety of projects with
the focus being on developing and implementing leading edge technologies which provide for advancements in
the data communication industry. He has received ten patents with two pending. Currently Mr. Larsen is a
Senior Technical Staff Member at IBM. Since 1995 he has been responsible for developing new applications
for IBM's silicon germanium technology in wireless and wired communications.

microwave-frequency radio and mixed-signal applications, including the explosively growing wireless
communications market.''

ive been out of town for awhile, glad to be back, saw the press release on the ibm exec on board of directors. I hope they announce a contract with someone form an ibm, lucent, att, etc., that would fuel sales, earnings, improve stock price, etc. The IBM exec release is yet another positive sign for ITKG.
