Dennis, we'll all be dreaming about courtrooms this week, waiting to see if TMM slides through the BK clearance on Wednesday. Based on Larry's DD it appears all BK issues are settled. The big question is, Where the heck is everyone at TMM? I am hoping that our difficulty in contacting them is that their new lawyers have told them to keep quiet until the BK is over and they are out of their non-disclosure period Tom mentioned. A good sign is that there is no selling going on. If bad news was coming we would probably see the big shares insiders getting what they could for their shares and its not happening. So its gut check time for a little while. Bruce
