I started complaining vehemently about slow website action at the open about four months ago. While down time (until today..... grrrrrr) has been minimized, they have NEVER dealt effectively with the slow servers at a routine market open.

Dinosaur, and management that is just not very responsive to it's customers. Scary for me, but I guess it's time to move on.

On my end I seem to have noticed a big improvement in C Schwab. Presently have no complaints with them.

I wish my Datek account was as dependable!
