Groundstation costs are directly relevant to this discussion because their cost will be passed on to the consumer. While they are borne by the entity in who's shares we hold, they do affect the cost structure and the ability to maximize profit. The lower cost was used by dougjn as a justification for lower prices. It takes a lot of gall to only talk about the space segment cost and claim that groundstation costs will not affect the final price. Dragonfly
