Corporate Vision's board of directors also announced they have authorized a three hundred (300) for one (1) reverse split of the Company's issued and outstanding stock, and a reduction in its authorized stock effective April 17, 1998.

With that said, I really don't know it could be few different things

1. They pushed the reverse split back to the day of the merger.

2. They decided to "redo" the terms of the reverse split.

3. Both sides WOTD and CVIA are rethinking the merger all togather (doubtful but possible)

4. WOTD sees under these terms they will not get their NASDAQ listing

5. The SEC objected to it, (doubtful but possible)

6. The NASD objected to it (doubtful but possible)

7. They are moving the reverse split date to come effective with a the "mom and pop" acquasitions.

8. They may have had a snafu with the TA

9. The "mom and pops" to be acquired objected to the current terms of the stock deal

10. Jack may have an ace up his sleeve.... a plan B C or D

To many variables in play to even make an educated guess why its delayed... just very happy it is <g>
