$40 - the price Texas Instruments paid for Amanti

Am I missing something here? TI paid $20, not $40, per share of AMTX.

Salvo: the $70 to $85 million income generated from GTE contract will effectively increase Orckit's earnings by over 600%, not their revenue. Nevertheless, revenue realized from other contracts and continuing HDSL would only be frosting. so why was Orckit sold off briefly there this afternoon. It appeared that a few shareholders were trying to get out quickly.
