According to their recent 10KSB and based on the last sale at the close of business on January 14, 1998, the aggregate market value of the Issuer's common stock held by non-affiliates of the Issuer was approximately $41,392,288. The number of shares outstanding of the Issuer's Common Stock, $.001 par value, was 10,207,371 on January 14, 1998.
