Position Trading Account: Adjustment

With this mornings buys and sells, there is now about $3300 cash in the account. I am removing the $3,000 that was added a couple of weeks ago in order to simplify bookkeeping. That means there is now $300 cash in the account and the profit is down to 22.25% after accounting for IPIC's exit this morning (but not accounting for any other changes today).

Since I am actually doing this in multiple trading accounts with different trading fees, the bookkeeping and accounting is a little difficult. I am assuming a $15 trading cost, which isn't actually the case for all three accounts, so bear with me if the numbers aren't exact. I will revisit it tonight when I have time to verify.

ANLT moving upwards. Bogus story was out on the company regarding restructuring with charges of $250,000,000 to $350,000,000. This on a company with $40,000,000 in sales last year. I do not know whether the company will come out with a statement regarding this today or tie it to earnings release tomorrow.

Sidney V. Corder, chairman and CEO, also said management knew of no reason for the recent decline in ASI's share price.

Last week Thursday the company issued a release and the CEO made the following comment.

MSA and Southdown have approval regarding anti trust to continue their merger.

Jenna, FFD, which was originally supposed to report last week (and was on your list last week) is now reporting Wednesday (I think). It is acting well today, holding around 22.
