John, I am not sure why this issue is so important to you. Most companies have many fewer shares outstanding than authorized. And if the company becomes a monster big cap company, they can just change their charter and authorize more shares.

I think I know what you are getting at: Your concern is that DR will print gazillions of shares, diluting TSQD's share to the point of irrelevance.

I apply Backgammon rules to the stock market, becasue both are probability based "games". I used to be a good backgammon player, and one of the first principles is "Don't worry about the nightmare throw unless it is all that you have to worry about." In other words, deal with events that have a greater likelihood of occurring rather than remote events. I am not concerned about shares authorized.

And I did answer your question. I said "I don't know how many DR shares will be authorized" <g>

John, I just tried and succeeded getting into Digitalriver.com. No problem. Possibly your equipment or maybe everything is cleared up at their site now.
