Headline: PeakSoft Files For Full Reporting Status With SEC Full Compliance
Assures Investors of Timely Disclosure of Information

======================================================================
BELLINGHAM, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 20, 1998--PeakSoft
Corporation (ASE:PKT)(Nasdaq OTCBB:PEAFF) announced today that it
has filed a Form 20-F to register as a fully reporting company with
the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under Section 12
of the Exchange Act.
Previously, on March 13, 1998, the National Association of
Securities Dealers (NASD) cleared PeakSoft's submission pursuant to
NASD Rule 6740 and Rule 15c2-11. These actions further demonstrate
the company's desire to meet the stringent full disclosure
requirements of U.S. securities laws and SEC regulations. PeakSoft
was approved to trade on the OTC-BB on March 18, 1998 under the
symbol PEAFF.
PeakSoft now submits financial information through the System for
Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) in Canada and the
Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval (EDGAR) system in
the U.S. Both EDGAR and SEDAR systems are databases where investors
can view a company's reports electronically.
"Filing this application with the SEC is a significant milestone
for PeakSoft," stated Doug Foster, president and CEO. "With full
reporting status, our current and potential investors will have
increased access to PeakSoft's financial information through the
EDGAR system as well as the SEDAR system."
