The court case is to turn back or nullify the Ministry of Mines' (MEM) resolutions concerning CVG/Minca, not a previous court. It is not an appeal. There are not two cases, only one. It is the final case. There can be no cases flowing from this one or appeals of this decision as it is the Supreme Court.

Motions to suppress are the defendant's way of preventing consideration of certain motions based on legal contentions. It is all part of the case. Dome has presented 2000 pages of briefs in this battle.

We have to await the outcome.

Hoet Linares, Crystallex's lawyer has not lost a case before the Supreme court in 19 years. He says he will not lose this one.

Perhaps he is right.

Hello Denise Taylor:

These court decisions are based on the right to sue not on the transfer of the claims. Read the Canada stockwatch. Everybody has a different story. If KRY wins the next ruling this property will be held up in the courts for years. The fact is that the management of KRY is telling you a different story. They are lying. No truth.

Every time when someone posts a different point of view the longs attacks. The fact is they don't know Venezuela. Do you think the average Venezuelan cares who wins. They want the work. The news from Carson and Charters is very bias. Watch out. The fact is most longs don't understand mining. Charters says the stock is worth $4.50CDN without LC. This is a complete joke. Bill Jackson says the same. Please tell me why? They can't do it.

I do respect Mr. Charters, however I disagree with him. I prefer to listen to Mr. Charters than the management of KRY because he has more at risk. The management owns no shares. This is a fact.
