Careful on <OZON> folks! DD doesn't look very good (see briefing.com) Really low revenue and fairly large # of shares, large losses Sandie wrote: Thanks TM, I have a very back taste in my mouth from OZON, like losing 6,000. and holding it for 8 months. I'll hold off on that one. Realize people using that product don't want the public to know it so aren't anxious to have there name pubished in endorsing it. I wishyou luck though. Sandie ************ I agree with Sandie.....they barely have a million in SALES for the first nine months of the year and nearly 15 million shares SUMMARY FROM BRIEFING.COM OZON designs, manufactures, sells and installs laundry sorting & counting systems, & ozone washing systems for laundries. OZON is also engaged in the manufacture of specialty chemicals and technologies for the sterilization of medical instruments. For the 9 months ended 11/30/97, revenues totalled $1.1M, up from $264K. Net loss applic. to Common fell 6% to $2M. Results reflect increased acceptance of CTS' products, partially offset by higher selling costs. THIS MEANS THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO DO NEARLY $1.5 in PROFITS TO EVEN HAVE A PE of 22. (i.e. $1.5mm/15mm = 10 cents per share. A stock price of $2.20 = a PE of 22) THE PROBLEM IS FOLKS......they do _NOT_ even do annual _SALES_ (yes, SALES) of $1.5 Mil. Way overvalued and will be for some time. Sales would have to dramatically increase by 5-10x and profits would have to start coming in before I would touch this one, personally Doesn't mean this couldn't go up, but it IS way overvalued, IMHO Do your own DD....give me another side of it.
