Not quite, since this is money that DELL didn't have before! This would be 5% over and above anything else that they are doing! This was borrowed money (from you) not from their operations! They might 'invest' all of the 500 mln in DELL stock, then they would make DELLs appreciation minus the 10% interest on the note! A leverage position of sorts!
