I am sure some funds may be in now. Several small cap aggressive funds consider companies with valuations between $40 million and $150 million market cap. We certainly fit that bill. If you're going to get a small cap in that range, I do not see why you would pass on DGIV unless you just didn't know about it. The potential certainly justifies the risk of a fund's investment, but I do not think institutional investment(%) is anything to write home about at this point.

We will base along much like we did the week before last. Since the calls on the news stories have been correct thus far, there is reasonable thinking to accept Wed, Thurs, Fri of this week as three days with news releases. Anticipation of those announcements could start a buying trend anytime.

HELLO RICH,

You are right that if there are more buyers than sellers - the price MUST rise - however - WHEN the stock will rise is up to the Market Makers - believe me, RICH !

Just take a look at the activity on April 16 - ASK EVERYONE ON THIS THREAD, the mm dropped the price "only" to get cheaper shares.

BELIEVE ME, Rich - The Market makers "mess" with the price of a stock, even if the buyers outnumber the sellers, but in the long run you are "absolutely" right.

OVER AND OUT
