The problem could be AT&T's network control software, but we just don't know at this early date. This is no long term problem as you know.

Re -- it didn't say who's software problem.

I don't know of another company that develops software for Cisco's switches do you? Furthermore read the nature of the problem and it will make it clear.

Cisco's R&D dollars going to fix the broken IOS.
