NYSE in August

ADR's will split 4-1 to reflect the new valuation of 1/12 of a preferred share.

Quotes? Good luck. www.sap.com lists closing quotes (although I do not know if it is preferred) that you could convert and divide by 3.

Manugistics (& I2 I think) has been red hot lately moving from 39 - 65+ in <3 weeks. SAP is coming out with its own SCM solution and there has been some rumbling that customers would jsut as soon go with SAP rather than screw about with implementing different vendors.
I think that may be true, but the market is growing fast enough that it might be neglibile. Would you rather have 30% of a small market or 23% of a large market?

Susanne,

If your order is a limit order, good luck. This is a sellers market and SAP is red hot. I don't think Mr. Market is going to accommodate you. I almost never place market orders, but I did for this one. I got a quote this morning of 172/173.5 and my market order was filled at 173. I am the cheapest guy around when it comes to stuffing the pockets of the market makers, but I really don't think it's worth it with this one to wait. The momentum is too strong. And it sounds like it is already in the midst of pre-split euphoria. Sure it could correct a bit after it splits but it may be north of $200 by then.

The best indicator of demand for this product, I believe, is the unprecedented demand for SAP programmers. It is u-n-b-e-l-i-e-v-a-b-l-e!
