Tokyo, When did Joe state an NDA filing would occur by the 1st quarter of '98?? I believe the 1st half of '98 has been the consensus for quite some time now. Regardless, I believe this discussion, including the reasons for the NDA filing delay, has been beaten to death (almost as much as Linda Vs. Dauntless battle). If one is not filed within the next 2 months, then this certainly becomes a significant subject again. In the mean time, there is not much Zonagen can do but hope SGP works faster.

Tokyo, If you say so I honestly don't recall any other date being promised than mid '97 - except, of course mid '98. I'll take your word about the late '97 date - and you don't even have to show me proof. The filing of the NDA was turned over to SGP sometime back so the promise now has a different "owner". I'll contact you privately about your second comment.

Tokyo, Did Zonagen announce dates for filing after they gave over the responsibility for filing to SGP? Be very careful about what you say privately. You'll find no recognition of privacy, confidentiality and a fair amount of subsequent distortion, when it suits. Yes, I brought up your dark past (in response to a challenge from Mr. "Go-Play-With-Yourself" that I wasn't being even-handed and needed to criticize more people. He was telling me I should criticize more people while at the same time telling me not to be a Mother Hen. Huh? Though I disagreed with your ethical judgment on that single occasion, I found that to be an exception. After more familiarity, I have come to trust your ethics. Quite the opposite with Mr. "Go-Play-With-Yourself." All of which shows how wrong early impressions can be and that lasting judgments should never be made on a single issue. Linda
